This site is designed to be a portfolio of my musical and professional career. I have been fortunate enough to have experienced drumming (or singing) in front of countless people over the years, as well as having a prosperous career in multimedia and 3D animation.

Since I was ten years old, I have been playing the drums. I didn't start singing lead until 10th grade when no one else in my high school rock band could sing, so I got elected! Since then, I have sung independently as a front man for a variety of bands, but I am also comfortable singing while drumming. Being a musician has brought a lifetime of joy to me, I have been blessed to have been so fortunate.

I have been playing drums since 1975. I have played with many local bands and I have subbed for many more.

Although my past is mostly singing heavy metal, I've grown to love everything under the sun. I've always loved Elton John and I enjoy singing his songs as much as I do Iron Maiden.

The Career Portion of my Life

HDRI Rendering in Maya w/Arnold

In 1987, the band I was singing for received some airplay on a local rock station and the possible promise of getting signed was in the air. But alas, it proved to be not so. Being in my early twenties, I didn't want to gamble on a maybe for my future. I decided to go into radio broadcasting as a possible career choice, but during my training I was also introduced to the world of video, which opened the door for so many new and creative avenues for me to pursue. Once graduated, the placement department asked me what I would like to pursue, and I said "computer animation!".

Oddly enough there was an animation studio in walking distance from where I lived, and I applied and was hired as a grunt, making peanuts, but I was in the door! It was daunting to see all the monitors and big 1" video tape machines, but I had keys to the place! I would come in after hours, and taught myself how to animate car parts (on a Dubner CBG2!). My efforts eventually turned into a job, and that lead me down a near thirty-year career in computer graphics and multimedia.

I learned a lot in those years and met some wonderful people along the way. It's a never-ending learning experience!
